Not far from perfection, it would be interesting to know the ageing capacity, paying attention to the serving temperature so that the product expresses all its floral notes.
A lovely 100% pinot blanc champagne, which goes very well as an aperitif. It's quite rare to taste this type of grape variety and I highly recommend it!
A smiling producer with such a jovial face can only produce Champagne worthy of the pleasures of life. Respectful of the environment and truly passionate about his profession, the winemaker Michel Furdyna composes entirely on the estate superb, frank and generous Champagnes for very modest prices in view of the increasing quality of his work and the numerous medals to his credit.
