A family estate for three generations, passed down from father to son and father to daughters, this is the path chosen by Emilie and Véronique Deheurles, who now manage the estate located on the Côte des Bar in Celles-sur-Ource. A family tradition that has continued since the 1990s, when Daniel and his wife Nicole embarked on their adventure, cultivating the three Champagne grape varieties ( Pinot Noir , Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier) as well as Pinot Blanc, resulting in a range of elegant and fruity champagnes. The vineyard is made up of 15 plots, with different exposures and on different slopes, which brings greater diversity and personality to the future wines.
