Are you absent during the delivery? A note will be left in your letterbox so that you can either arrange a new delivery date or collect the order from a post office or a relay point. Your order will be waiting for you for 14 days in the post office and 8 days in a relay point. Please note: it is not possible to re-deliver the parcel(s) after it has been dropped off at a post office or a relay point.
Is your order late? Can't access your order tracking? Were all the products in your order available? Do not hesitate to verify it by checking your order history. The delivery person may have tried to contact you without success. Have you received a note in your mailbox? Have you asked your doorman or your next-door neighbour if they have received anything for you? Or has your parcel been delayed and will be delivered as soon as possible? Can't find the relay point where your parcel was dropped off/ the name of the relay point doesn't appear on the tracking, only its code? Go to: https://www.chronopost.fr/en#/step-home, enter your postcode and choose the type of relay point. The tabs list the different relay points and their codes.
Delivery locations: Unfortunately, Vinatis does not currently ship to Northern Ireland. We are also unable to deliver to French overseas departments and territories, as well as to army addresses and Cityssimo spaces. If you live on an island, there may be an additional 1 day delay. Would you like to be delivered directly to the post office? Indicate the name of the post office in the company field and choose Chronopost delivery. The delivery person has steps to climb? Within the framework of a standard shipping, the delivery person is unfortunately not covered in the event of accident and will therefore only deliver to the ground floor.
In case of an incident: It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person and to report any anomaly on the delivery note next to their signature.
