The style, truly marked by the Pinot Noir grape variety , produces Champagnes that are full-bodied, vinous and well-structured, yet with a real finesse of texture and taste. As for their ageing potential, just think of the bottles brought up from the bottom of the Baltic in 2010! Vinified at the beginning of the 19th century, they have remained very well preserved, even if they are sweeter than contemporary Champagnes!
