Together, they offer exclusively Premier Cru and Grand Cru Champagnes, their range being voluntarily very low in sugar "under-dosed" (or even non-dosé) in order to seek out the identity of the terroir. Their Champagnes, present but never invasive, prove to be a real success that will quickly seduce lovers of Champagne with character.
