Champagne Chavost is a house founded in 1946 by winegrowers from Chavot-Courcourt, in Champagne. Its name takes its cue from the village’s former name, situated between the Church of Saint-Martin and Mont-Félix. Since its inception, the house has championed the values of sharing, solidarity and a deep connection to the terroir. The estate now cultivates five hectares of vineyards that have been certified organic since the 2023 grape harvest. Production is supplemented by the purchase of grapes from other plots in the Champagne region. The cuvées are produced using a minimum of additives in order to preserve the expression of the fruit and the terroir. The house is also committed to an approach that respects the environment and the soil. Champagne Chavost offers, in particular, a range with no added sulphites, featuring distinctive and authentic profiles.
