Domaine Lafage from Cotes du Roussilion produces several interesting wines, and I like their collection of white vines especially. This Centenaire from 2020 is crisp with nice floral aromas coming forward distinctively. I recommend it for either aperitif or sefood meal.more reviews

Soft, round and rich southern white, with lots of body and aromas of peach, pear, honeydew, gooseberry and a touch of wood. Still young and fresh, with medium minus acidity. Drink now.

This vintage is very well produced, a great success. Foolproof freshness and indulgence. Richness, roundness and a very present fruitiness. Peach, pear and apple sharpens our taste buds. A nice balance on a long and mineral finish.

Tasted as an aperitif with shrimp and salmon tartare, golden yellow in colour, pear and white peach on the nose, which can be also found on the fresh palate. Good value for money for the coming summer.

A pleasant wine to drink as an aperitif or with fish. Quite mineral on the attack, then becomes very rich, complex with a hint of vanilla. We then smell more fruit, with a nice length on the palate. A sure bet!
