The reputation of Portuguese wines is gaining international recognition.
Eventhough Portugal is most known for its Port wines, it is also producing many high quality red and white still wines. The country has a wealth of indigenous grape varieties, such as the flagship grape variety Touriga Nacional. The main wine producing regions are Douro, Alentejo and Vinho Verde. Portuguese wines offer a great value for money!
