Alpilles IGP

To enhance this dish: Alpilles white

Pleasant and light at the same time, the white wines of the Alpilles Protected Geographical Indication are renowned for their fruitiness.

Made mainly from Ugni Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc and Rolle, they are full-bodied and full of character. A perfect accompaniment to a barbecue with a lightly spiced grilled fish.

To enhance this dish, our experts have set their sights on this essential wine of Provence. Full-bodied, elegant dry white wines that stand out for their complexity: aromas of almond, lemongrass, white stone fruits and spices.

A guarantee of freshness that combines with the fine aniseed flavours of the fennel in our dish.

Originality, balance and simplicity are the key to a light and successful barbecue.
