LEAVE YOUR REVIEWVery enjoyable summer wine slightly chilled in carafe. Good balance in the mid-2023. Tried sautéd chanterelles for a surprise pairing, and it worked well.
This lovely fruity Fleurie is excellent to drink with fish dishes as the wine is pleasant and not too strong but subtle with hints of strawberry and chocolate.
A lovely fruity light red, excellent for a special meal or to accompany a meat or poultry dish. Also excellent with dark chocolate! A really very special wine, I'd recommend it.
The Fleurie Les Clochers 2020 from Vignerons de Bel Air is a delicious and well-balanced wine. The nose is filled with aromas of red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, with subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied with a nice acidity and soft tannins.
A very nice Fleurie. A bit more full bodied than some I have tried. A very smooth wine that went well with the Lamb we had. All in all I would recommend this wine.
Very low layer wine, I was expecting a little more fresh fruit, typical of the area and the variety, quite high volatile acidity, I will give it another chance in a few years.
I like this wine because it is fruity and slightly acidic, so I drink it chilled (15 degrees) with a light evening meal
Good quality to price ratio for this Beaujolais, I served it as an aperitif with fine charcuterie, it went down well with the starter and the meal, now it's not a wine to keep like all Beaujolais. Fruity with a little length on the palate.
Medium intensity ruby with violet rim.red fruit (strawberries and cherries), vanilla and banana.medium body, good range, medium acidity, soft tannins and with some sweetness in which also manages to show freshness. Red fruit and dried fruit. Medium persistent finish.
Ah, this is the good wine par excellence! My husband is crazy about it. You can have it as an aperitif, with meals and cheese. It's a very nice little wine and the price is very affordable.
This Fleurie is a fruity wine with a beautiful colour. A thirst-quenching wine for summer and other seasons. It will please your guests on a beautiful table.
Excellent and very good quality to price ratio. A very pleasant wine, quite round and with a good length on the palate. A classic of the Beaujolais region, to try it is to adopt it!
Good wine, served as an aperitif for guests who were not necessarily fans of Beaujolais. They enjoyed it because it was quite delicate and surprising. It was a good accompaniment to the aperitif and could have continued the meal, but there was none left!
Very pleasant to drink, a lot of finesse, a good Beaujolais which is geographically close to Burgundy and that feels good quality to price ratio to recommend
A very interesting wine, fruity but absolutely not cloying, savoury and with a long, pleasant finish. Served at a christening dinner on a warm July evening, slightly chilled and paired with spit-roasted meat, a real success!
A good wine from the south of Beaujolais, you can see how close it is to Burgundy, still a bit young when I had it, but it tastes great. Red fruit flavours, a slight acidity, very pleasant, to be seen when it gets a bit older, it will only get better.
Great value for money.
A hint of damp forest, a little pine needles, rose hips, without being furry, ideal for an evening by the fireplace.
I don't drink a lot of Beaujolais, so I think I should drink more! Good quality to price ratio, not to be drunk too hot. Open it an hour before tasting it. A great discovery of this estate.
Drank in the company of family. No frills a good wine that convinced everyone at the table. Red and black berries scramble to make themselves heard, a spice caresses the palate for a wine that can certainly be used in many combinations.
I bought it enticed by the very affordable price; it really won me over with its character and I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect combination of this red with a nice plate of lasagne bolognese!
This Fleurie convinces with its freshness, accessibility and intense fruitiness. A seductive gem that will delight and bring together all Beaujolais lovers and other connoisseurs! Awakens a desire for more!
Beautiful expression of Gamay. A wine with beautiful colour, good aromas and excellent body. A wine of extreme pleasantness. Beaujolais wines are a guarantee of excellent drinkability
Magnificent fleurie, beaujolais in its purest form... A floral wine, also with red fruit, a mineral and crisp point that invites you to take the next glass...
Discovered in a restaurant specialising in red meat. I enjoyed it. I opened a bottle during the Christmas holidays and my family was delighted.
A well-structured wine with a fruity flavour and undergrowth aftertaste. It is fine and persistent on the palate with a pleasant acidulous note.
A light Beaujolais with subtle acidity and red fruit notes. A pleasant, rather fresh wine, perfect for aperitifs with friends.
The Fleurie is a wine that I love, as I am originally from Bordeaux. I discovered this wine with some friends and it is sold in the Monoprix in my town.
It is a wine that does not impress, even, if you do not know it, it may even give you the impression that it smells of cork. Light and forgettable. It is better than a Nouveau Beaujolais, which is not a merit either.
A pleasant wine in the tradition of simple wines, no complexity, it's exactly what you'd expect. Cheese, charcuterie, Sunday chicken...everything works for a small price!
I discovered this estate. Light, fruity wine, very pleasant to drink...... . Summer wine for an aperitif with friends.......... I'm sure I'll be ordering again.
One always needs good, not ruinous wines in one's cellar to uncork one with one's wife for fun! This is typically the kind of wine that does the trick for many occasions or no occasion at all that is suitable for that!
This Fleurie is a great discovery. Ideal for a Saturday evening aperitif with friends. Cheese, charcuterie, everything works and at a small price.
A medium-bodied wine that clings a little to the palate with aromas of strawberry and cherry. Can be drunk as an aperitif or with a plate of charcuterie.
Light and fruity, this is a good Beaujolais wine with an excellent quality to price ratio. Without being exceptional, you can't go wrong with this wine.
Very nice success for this fleurie with a very good quality to price ratio. You will have a light, fruity and delicate wine. Will be part of good simple wines.
Very nice surprise, I like rather sweet wines and this Fleuri perfectly matches my tastes. For those who like sweet and fruity wines, don't hesitate, this is for you.
We are less inclined towards light red wines, being very used to producers from the south of France or even Spain. A pleasant taste, but we'll have to find a more appropriate accompaniment. Or as an aperitif in autumn.
Beaujolais' Péché mignon, to be drunk on many occasions, as it goes perfectly with "fleurie" cheeses and cold meats, and should be enjoyed slightly chilled...
This red wine is powerful and structured, with velvety tannins and flavours of blackcurrant and liquorice. A superb product from Beaujolais, I recommend it.
An excellent Beaujolais as an aperitif or to accompany a platter of cold meats and cheeses. A light, fruity red wine. Good quality to price ratio with this very drinkable Fleurie.
A wine faithful to the superior Beaujolais appellation. No big risk due to its price, without expecting any particular brilliance. Balanced notes, easy to match.
This Clocher 2020 gives us everything we love about a Fleurie: a feminine wine with a hint of body, a lovely freshness and elegant tannins.
A lovely, classic Beaujolais with lovely fruit and a crisp palate. One or two more years of ageing will do it good.
A light and fragrant wine drinkable with hints of fruit, suitable for aperitifs, light and vegetarian dinners, do not expect a large body and then a very good price.
A classic correctly interpreted. Beautiful ruby red, nose on not quite ripe red fruits, full-bodied, non-trivial, vaguely spicy sip, proposing it for stews or barbecues.
In 1929, at the dawn of the Great Depression, a handful of Beaujolais winegrowers decided to counter the crisis by joining forces. Together, they created the Cave des Vignerons de Bel Air. In 2008, the merger with the Cave de Chiroubles allowed them to expand their production site to 700 hectares, spread across the 10 Beaujolais Crus.
