Since his beginnings in 2008, he has been organically cultivating his 9 hectares in Morgon, Fleurie and Régnié, guided by agroecology and respect for living things.In his climate-controlled winery, each vintage is treated as a unique work of art, then aged in casks and barrels in a hand-dug cellar. The result: Gamay wines of great purity, vibrant, elegant and deeply marked by the granite and soul of the Beaujolais region.
