The Pic Saint-Loup appellation is still very much in vogue and is becoming more and more important in the consumption habits of Languedoc wine lovers. Nestled between two mountains, Pic Saint-Loup, its namesake, and the Causse de l'Hortus, its terroir is as singular as the landscape is magnificent. The appellation benefits from a unique micro-climate, producing 90% red wines with the remaining composed of rosé wine that is particularly tasty and fragrant. Syrah brings spicy notes completed by the roundness of Grenache and Mourvèdre. Carignan, Cinsault, Cournoises, Morrastel are also complementary grape varieties. More than just a fashion phenomenon, Pic Saint-Loup is nowadays considered as one of the great wines of Languedoc, with its banner held high by these prestigious domaines: l'Hortus, Château Puech Haut, Mas Bruguière.

Reds : The quality of their sensory expression makes these wines a perfect match for the most gastronomic dishes featuring poultry, stews, dishes in sauce. Navarin of lamb, leg of lamb, game.
Rosés : Goes well with deli meats. Pâté, terrines.
