The appellation produces mostly rosé wines. The finest come from the coastal vineyards, while the full-bodied ones come from the vineyards perched on the heights. Cinsault, Grenache, Tibouren, Carignan, Syrah, Ugni Blanc and Sémillon are used in the composition of these fresh and light wines to be drunk young between 8 and 10°C.
