LEAVE YOUR REVIEWVery nice and interesting champagne. Notes of bread, bread dough, hazelnuts. Rich, soft and creamy. Small, not intensive bubbles.
A very clean, complex and understated blanc de blancs. Drank this right after a Roederer Philippe Starck pas dose and it held its own. Refined pastry flavours, balanced and nice minerality. A great buy for the price.
This Champagne offers a very good value for money. Fine, very subtle bubbles that can go well with an aperitif or a seafood platter. Very beautiful Blanc de Blancs.
This Champagne is a marvel for its price, surpassing the big houses playing in the same range. The bubbles are fine and the wine really balanced, delicate, with a buttery edge to the long finish.
Located in Ambonnay, a village classified as a Grand Cru, Soutiran is committed to highlighting the richness of its exceptional terroirs. With an assertive style, the ambition of this house is to offer Champagnes with character, complex wines with strong personalities. The heritage of family knowledge combined with the love of wine perpetuates this search for originality without ever betraying the terroir. With a confidential annual production of a few tens of thousands of bottles, the Soutiran house benefits from national and international recognition, and is present on the menu of the finest gastronomic tables!
