Maison Lombard covers 5.5 hectares of vineyards, mainly Premier Cru in the eastern Montagne de Reims area. The vineyard is in conversion to organic since 2018. The House has a battery of 80 stainless steel vats from 25hl to 250hl, adapted to the volumes of the different lieux-dits and Crus to vinify each origin separately. The House also has a fleet of 120 barrels: the smoothness of their wines is obtained thanks to a period of maturation in wood of 6 to 8 months. 1.5 km of traditional cellars, including a cellar dug in the 18th century, are used to age the Champagnes: their aromatic intensity is obtained thanks to a long maturation in the cellar.
