The Ninots have been winegrowers in Rully since the 14th century. Pierre-Marie Ninot was one of the pioneers of the Rully appellation when the Côte Chalonnaise was still unknown. Upon his death, the property had to be sold and divided among his five children. Today, the estate is in the hands of Erell and Flavien. Erell brings her feminine sensibility to a traditionally masculine world, while Flavien brings his strong character and thirst for knowledge to their various vintages. After several vintages and meticulous plot selection, the brother and sister work hand in hand to produce wines with unique personalities, continuing to promote their family history and the richness of their expertise and terroirs. Not to mention that since 2020, they have obtained Organic Agriculture certification, confirming their commitment.
