Perfect match with oysters
Also known as Piquepoul, Picapoll, Avello.
A white grape variety that is found only in coastal vineyards in France, Spain and Portugal. Due to the high acidity of the grape it can produce fresh and crispy wines even in warmer climates. Picpoul is famous for producing seafood-friendly white wines from Picpoul de Pinet in Languedoc-Roussillon region. It gives medium-bodied and fresh white wines with citrus and herbal aromas.

Picpoul de Pinet
Pale yellow in colour. They show citrus and herbal aromas combined with floral and mineral notes. They are either light or medium-bodied with high acidity that brings a beautiful freshness to the wines.
Pairs well with fish and seafood, especially with oysters and mussels.
