Fitou AOC

The appellation produces an excellent full-bodied red wine from Carignan, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah. The vines closest to the sea fully express their aromatic richness. It is a wine of very intense colour which reveals flavours of red fruits and finally marks by its roundness. The wines offered by the Maîtres Vignerons de Cascastel or Jeff Carrel are very good.
