Crémant d'Alsace

The appellation for white and rosé sparkling wines from Alsace. These sparkling wines are made with the méthode traditionelle from Riesling, Chardonnay, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes. Fresh and fragrant, they are best drunk young and they are perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, crudités, fish and white meats.
