Chignin Bergeron AOC

Chignin-Bergeron is a white wine made from the Roussanne grape. Under its pale yellow to golden colour, this fruity wine gives off aromas of apricot, mango, hawthorn, acacia and almonds. On the palate, it has a nice amplitude, with fatness always counterbalanced by an acidulous frame which gives it a nice length. It can be kept for several years, from three to ten. Ideal to accompany raclette or some more refined white meat dishes!
