Try:
A round, rich and silky wine with a beautiful freshness and elegance! A beautiful association between richness and finesse for a subtle harmony with white and yellow fruits.
Try:
GEWURZTRAMINER - LES PRINCES ABBES - DOMAINE SCHLUMBERGER
Citrus fruits sharpen our taste buds with their acidic notes. For a perfect match, opt for a mellow white wine, full-bodied and long in the mouth. A Côteaux du Layon will compensate for the bitterness and freshness of the citrus fruits!
Try:
COTEAUX DU LAYON MARIE-LOUISE - LOIRE PROPRIETES
Both fresh and sweet, exotic fruits go perfectly with a natural sweet wine. Muscat de Rivesaltes is one of those wines from Languedoc-Roussillon that are called Vins Doux Naturels. They are obtained by fortification during the alcoholic fermentation stage, i.e. the addition of grape spirit to the must to stop its fermentation in order to preserve a higher residual sugar content. Dense and luscious, it goes very well with fresh and subtle dishes such as exotic fruits.
Try :
MUSCAT DE RIVESALTES - GRAIN DE VIGNE - DOMAINE LAFAGE
A combination of fruit and freshness for chocolate pairings! A sweet, fleshy, fresh and fruity Maury or Port with ripe fruit aromas and vanilla nuances will go perfectly with chocolate. Dare to discover these two wines for your chocolate or praline crêpes.
