LEAVE YOUR REVIEWWine with a red colour, blackberry and cherry notes. Lively, fresh, good length in the mouth. Good value for money. A good surprise.
Concentrated wine with a very fresh nose with aromas of redcurrant and liquorice. The palate is explosive, sweet with a mineral freshness reminiscent of the terroir of this wine. A wine of pure pleasure that will not be long in coming.
The Clos des Fées, lost in a desert of garrigues, surrounded by low dry stone walls, stands on the limestone cirque of Vingrau in the Roussillon. Its owner, Hervé Bizeul, had several jobs before becoming a producer, including sommelier and gastronomic critic. The wines produced by the Clos des Fées domain offer a lot of freshness, fullness and concentration.
