LEAVE YOUR REVIEWFantastic NZ Sauvignon Blanc, with a pale yellow color on the glass. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, passion fruit and pineapple. Very good acidity, dry but not overwhelming. Flavors of tropical fruit and citrus paired with grass and asparagus notes. Lovely wine with a very good finish.
Our goto New Zealand winery, it never disappoints and is perfect for an aperitif.
Cloudy Bay is New Zealand's reference wine country and the most internationally acclaimed brand. It is one of the five first wineries from Marlborough, New Zealand's best wine region (at the northernmost tip of the South Island).
It doesn't how many bottles of Cloudy Bay I have drunk over the years it always delights and strangely surprises with its complexity and balance. A always, grapefruit is to the front but all sings in harmony. Ever reliable; ever delicious!
A surprising wine to taste absolutely as an aperitif. Supple and fruity. An impressive aromatic palette. An explosion of citrus and tropical fruit bouquet on a mineral background.
Created in 1985, Cloudy Bay estate covers an area of 200 hectares at the far East of Wairau Valley, Marlborough. The perfect climatic conditions enabled the Domain to make a name for itself, making some of the most emblematic wines of New Zealand. With Cloudy Bay, finesse, freshness, and aromatic expression! Cuvée Sauvignon blanc is the iconic wine of the Domain. Cuvée Pinot Noir is tipical of Marlborough. Te Koko is "crazyness in a controlled way".
