Rapaura Springs is a family-owned winery located in the heart of New Zealand 's famous Marlborough wine region. Born from the union of two pioneering families, the Neylons and the Wiffins, it is part of a strong winemaking tradition while innovating with passion. What sets Rapaura Springs apart is the natural spring that runs through its land. The crystal-clear water, sourced from the snow-capped Southern Alps, filters through rivers and aquifers for several months before irrigating the vines – a purity that can be tasted in every bottle. The notion of purity and "connection to the land" is at the heart of its identity: the label itself symbolises this circle of stones and this living spring.Rapaura Springs adopts sustainable, even regenerative, viticultural practices: use of state-of-the-art irrigation equipment, water purification, composting of grape marc, cover crop cultivation, sheep grazing to reduce chemical inputs. These efforts have resulted in approximately 40% less water usage than the New Zealand national average.Rapaura Springs wines are distinguished by their freshness, aromatic brilliance and fidelity to the Marlborough terroir. Among the flagship grape varieties are Sauvignon Blanc (renowned, vibrant, fruity, often mineral), Pinot Noir and aromatic whites ( Pinot Gris , Chardonnay, etc.).
