Full-bodied, well-balanced, long and spicy. One of the best wines I have tasted lately with an unbeatable price/quality ratio. I keep it in my list of favourite wines. To be enjoyed with red meat, game or suckling pig. A real treat.more reviews

Created under the shrewd guidance of consultant Hubert de Boüard, discover a Montagne Saint-Émilion with a smooth, exquisite texture!
Located in a satellite appellation of Saint-Émilion, the Château Rocher Gardat offers wines of impressive quality for the price. With Hubert de Boüard as its consultant, the Château has the advantage of plenty of expertise. Its wine, with its intense cherry-red colour, is initially dominated by a truffle nose, which after airing gives way to ripe fruit notes. With its tannic structure of evident quality, this beautiful vintage lengthens on to a fresh and flavoursome finish. This ready-to-drink Montagne-Saint-Émilion is a real triumph!!

A full-bodied Montagne Saint-Emilion, which stands on its own two feet with great confidence. If you know how to wait, you'll be rewarded by blended tannins, undergrowth, and notes of spice or cigar box. But it means knowing how to wait.

I really enjoyed this Saint-Émilion. My wife loved it too, and she is more of a Bordeaux fan. I ordered three bottles and I'm glad I did, so I can lay down this excellent vintage.

A classic. Lay it down for a few years - at least five, in my opinion. It will develop wonderfully to offer us all the joys of an exceptional Bordeaux! A sound investment. I recommend it!

Montagne Saint-Émilion, a little-known appellation but one that has a few surprises, this wine is the proof! Excellent. This wine has nothing to envy of its neighbouring grands crus, which it exceeds in a large number of cases.

Brilliant! I love the fine, delicate taste. You can taste the signature flavour of Bordeaux. Not excessively long, and at the tasting, everyone loved it. I'd love to know what it will give after a few more years. I strongly recommend it.

Montagne Saint-Emilions are rarely so successful! This 2018 from Château Tour Bayard perfectly embodies this appellation in a wine with such a great appeal! Gourmet, elegant and potent at the same time. An incredible success!

A marvel for the price. Still deserves 5 years of minimum cellaring I think to become a 20/20. In any case, it is immediately remarkable, especially when served with strong meats.

An excellent wine that I will be pleased to buy again. Superb value for money. It certainly deserves to be laid down, but I couldn't wait and I was delighted with it.

It's a very good red - elegant and fruity. I love the chocolatey, spicy notes. And what's more, we can keep it in our cellar until 2032.

Intense ruby red color. Good first, but the surprise comes with the taste. On the palate hints of red fruit jam, cherry and blackberry, notes of tobacco and vanilla. Dry, tannic, balanced by the soft notes of Merlot. I will definitely want to try to forget a bottle in the cellar.

Good value for money, especially seen it was bought via the wine fair section. Light-bodied right-bank wine with still perceptible tannins, fruit-forward and smooth.

What a nice wine from Château Tour Bayard. Complex and structured. Beautiful aroma with dark berries, vanilla, leather and chocolate. Solid tannins with great balance. This will cellar very well.

Really good!
Medium intensity nose of blackcurrant, plum, berry jam, leather, graphite, smoke, vanilla and hints of dried flowers.
Medium acidity, medium body with medium+ tannins, medium (+) flavour intensity and medium+ finish.
Really good structure, acceptable balance and good ageing potential.
