Wines tell the story of their origin, the power of nature and the respectful treatment of the soil, plants, animals and people. The ideal is to see the winery as a "closed farming organism" that produces as many agricultural inputs as possible itself. Rudolf Steiner, the father of biodynamic agriculture, called this ideal "the individuality of the farm". The result is pure origin, individual wines shaped by their place of origin, created in tune with nature.
