The Coulée de Serrant was planted in the 12th century by Cistercian monks and has been in vines ever since. The vineyard produces 3 wines of different appellations (Coulée de Serrant, Savennières Roche aux Moines and Savennières). It alone constitutes a controlled designation of origin of 7 hectares. Celebrated by Louis XIV, Alexandre Dumas as one of the best French white wines, it is Nicolas Joly who currently chairs. A convinced follower of biodynamic agriculture, the virtues of which he advocates around the world, he presents the precepts of his approach to us while revealing his philosophy of life; "For things to go well, we have to woo life beyond the sensitive world.
