The estate was created in 2006, it was created by Jonatan Garcia Lima and Roberto Santana and is located on the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands), in the heart of the Orotava Valley appellation, a prestigious wine-growing area. The 9-hectare vineyard is made up of century-old vines planted in braided cord (an endogenous size of the region), is located between 350 and 700 meters above sea level on the volcanic slopes of the north of the island. The main part of the estate is made up of centuries-old vines of Listán Negro and Listán Blanco. The rest of the vineyard is made up of indigenous grape varieties (Castellana, Tintilla, Baboso Negro, Albillo). Today there are 21 plots identified according to the nature of their soils, their orientations, their altitudes and their climates. Each plot is vinified separately to give a unique personality to each of the cuvées. The work of the vines is carried out manually in respect and tradition in order to obtain a clean and healthy harvest. The vinification is done in a natural way without chemical intervention or additives. The wines are of a rare purity, one should not miss these wonders typified by the beauty of their terroirs.
