The estate was founded in 1330 by a religious order. After several generations, François Engarran acquired it at the end of the 16th century and gave it his name. The Morin family has owned the estate since 1966 for two generations. Caroline Morin took over the estate from her father Albert and has been perpetuating the art of viticulture for several years.
