Mas du Novi is a former outbuilding of Valmagne Abbey, which has been producing wine on one of the most beautiful and exceptional terroirs in the Languedoc since the 11th century. Abbot Foulques founded the abbey in 1139 and recognised the outbuilding's potential for wine production thanks to its geographical location, which enjoys breathtaking views of the nearby coastline. Today, this 42-hectare estate of organically farmed vines is located in the middle of 60 hectares of woods and scrubland and is one of the leading producers in the Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and IGP Oc appellations.
