Clos des Centenaires is established on 7 hectares of exceptional terroir, an enclave located less than 2 kilometres as the crow flies from the ponds of the Petite Camargue Nature Reserve and less than 20 kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea. The soils are well-drained and stony, similar to the quality of the soils of the greatest Rhône vintages. The winemaker, Luc Baudet, wishes to pay tribute to this terroir with wines of character, generosity and pedigree. The key words that guide his work and his passion are respect, patience and humility. Costières-de-Nîmes and Côtes du Rhône are the entry-level vintages, followed by the signature wines, which are real favourites! Especially for Vinatis! Often listed as limited editions, they are found almost exclusively on the tables of the greatest Michelin-starred chefs. This is hardly surprising when you know Luc Baudet's passion for fine cuisine!
