When Pascal Fullá evokes the construction of the Mas de l'Ecriture, he exposes the idea of a "blank page", the drafting of which began in 1998. After 20 years in the business world, he bought the Jonquières vineyard (Terrasses du Larzac appellation) seeking to reconnect with its history and that of Languedoc wines. A poet, he approaches his new profession with the greatest philosophy: considering that making wine is an exceptional and wonderful way of expressing his vision of things and of the world, he conceives of each vintage as a self-portrait. From these very personal wines, Pascal Fullá seeks to arouse an aesthetic emotion that we take pleasure in sharing. The result is epicurean and unifying wines that perfectly accomplish their mission!
