Based in the Beaujolais region, Domaine Jules Métras embodies the new generation of winemakers committed to natural wines, following in the footsteps of his father, Yvon Métras. Founded in 2014, the estate cultivates a few hectares in the Beaujolais-Villages and Chiroubles appellations, producing a limited and highly sought-after range. The vines, often mature and cultivated organically, produce wines vinified without additives, using indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar. The wines are distinguished by their purity, freshness and precise expression of Gamay , combining vibrant fruit, refined tannins and lovely minerality.
