In 2007, Jacques Fils joined the family business after studying agricultural engineering, specialising in viticulture and oenology. Working alongside his father, Jacques Cattin, Jacques is responsible for defining the style of the wines and managing key accounts. His wife Anaïs, a graduate of a prestigious business school with extensive international experience, joined him in 2012 and is responsible for export sales development.
