In 2019, in Paris, two long-time friends, Constance Jablonski and Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger, came together around a simple idea: celebrating in style, without compromise, and without alcohol. The first, an international supermodel, juggles an intense lifestyle with a quest for balance in terms of well-being. The second, a food lover with a career at the Michelin Guide and pregnant with twins, realised how much the lack of alternatives to sparkling wines excluded her from social gatherings. The idea for French Bloom was born. Together, they imagined a new drink that combines naturalness, refinement and conviviality: an alcohol-free sparkling drink, designed to enhance the moment. An invitation to celebrate with elegance, whatever the occasion and without ever leaving anyone out!

French Bloom did not appear out of nowhere. Behind this project are some expert names and hands. Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO of Maison de Champagne Frerejean Frères, and Carl Héline, former director at Krug, brought their winemaking expertise to create a drink that is as complex as it is consistent. More than two years of research and development, and numerous technical innovations were necessary to create sparkling alcohol-free cuvées with a remarkable balance between minerality, freshness, intensity and depth.

The French Bloom brand is far from being simply a sparkling wine from which the alcohol has been removed. These alcohol-free bubbles are the result of a precise blend. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines from organic farming are manually dealcoholised, then enhanced with natural ingredients such as lemon. They come from the best vineyards in the Languedoc, a region known for its natural approach to winemaking. The fine bubbles are gently added at the end.
