Elisabetta is undoubtedly the source of today's greatest wines in the mountainous region of Trentino. An obscure local grape variety , Teroldego, which had its heyday in the Middle Ages but had since fallen into oblivion, has truly resuscitated thanks to the tremendous work accomplished for more than 20 years now at the Foradori family estate.
