Since 1885, six generations have perpetuated the traditions of the Bougrier family. Achille Guenault-Cousin discovered the Hauts Lieux de Touraine plateau in the commune of Saint Georges sur Cher. Filled with passion, he created the Guenault estate. In 1988, Noël Bougrier, from the fifth generation, took over the estate and gave a new dimension to the family business. He expanded the estate to cover the entire Loire Valley from Sancerre to the Pays Nantais. Today, two generations work hand in hand to reveal the best expression of the Loire while respecting the terroir. With over 100 hectares of vines and a diverse range of terroirs, all of the family's vintages are worthy of a place among the greatest!
