Founded in 1878 by Prosper Arbeau, Vignobles Arbeau is part of a rich family history, born out of the agricultural trading firm ‘Arbeau Père et Fils’. A major turning point came in 1920 with the acquisition of Château Coutinel, marking the start of a development focused on wine, soon complemented by a distilling business. Since then, generations have followed one another, driven by the same passion for the vineyard. Today, Anne and Géraud Arbeau continue this family adventure with a clear vision: to combine heritage with a commitment to sustainability. The 52-hectare estate has been HVE3-certified since 2018 and is committed to organic farming, whilst Vignobles Arbeau has been AB-certified since 2019. A story of tradition, terroir and conviction, focused on more responsible wines, without ever forgetting their roots.
