Bodega Exopto is, above all, a Bordeaux native’s perspective on Rioja . Settling in Laguardia in the early 2000s, Tom Puyaubert founded this estate with a clear vision: to offer a freer, fresher and more precise interpretation of this historic region. The vineyard spans a mosaic of plots situated between Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, with vines up to 90 years old. Each terroir is worked separately to preserve its identity, following an almost plot-by-plot approach. Exopto’s signature lies in the blend of Rioja’s historic grape varieties: Tempranillo , Garnacha and Graciano. Exopto offers a fresh take on Rioja: terroir-driven, lively wines where fruit, freshness and elegance take centre stage.
