Vincent Guizard cut his teeth in one of the most beautiful domains in Languedoc , the Domaine de Montcalmès. Rich in dynamism and an incredible desire to share his unlimited passion for the vineyard, he decided to embark in 2010 with his wife Sophie, on the most beautiful adventure of their life and create the Domaine Saint Sylvestre. Concerned about the environment, they cultivate their 8 hectares of vines in sustainable agriculture, harvest by hand and obtain low yields per hectare. Thanks to their knowledge of the terroir and the quality of their work, the first vintages were a resounding success! They offer us fine and balanced wines benefiting from aging in barrels for both reds and whites, worthy of the greatest.
