Located in Change, in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Domaine Saint Antoine des Échards is a family-run estate founded in 1998 by Marie-Christine and Franck Guérin, now joined by their son Pierre-Antoine, representing the fifth generation of winegrowers. The vineyard covers more than 60 hectares of clay-limestone soils, mainly in the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, with plots also in village and premier cru appellations. The winemaking process, which involves minimal intervention, prioritises the expression of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, followed by careful ageing in oak barrels. The estate produces authentic and elegant wines, combining freshness, precision and a fine expression of Burgundy ’s terroirs.
