Together, they manage a 9-hectare estate in Saint-Aubin, which also extends into the communes of Chassagne- Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Father and daughter offer a wide range of appellations, from Bourgogne Aligoté to Premiers Crus. Patrick has opted for a hands-off approach to winemaking, letting nature take its course and seeking to bring out the best in the terroir.
