Christine and Gilles created the Domaine in 1990. Nine years later, they began to convert to organic farming. They never stop questioning their cultivation practices and their work in the cellar. Their way of doing things is moving more and more towards biodynamics, with a strong attachment to the force of intention. They draw their life force from their education at work, but also from the richness of their human encounters. Today, the Estate is based on their interactions between themselves and the people who support them: exchange of ideas, curiosity, mutual trust, rigor, which has led them to rename their operation Domaine partagé (Shared Estate).
