Domaine Mosny is a family estate located in Saint-Martin-le-Beau, in the heart of the Montlouis-sur- Loire vineyards. Founded in the 1920s by Ernest Mosny, it is now run on approximately 13 hectares by Thierry Mosny, accompanied by the 5th generation: Thomas and Mélissa. The vines are cultivated in the purest traditions in order to optimise the quality of the wines. The soil is worked mechanically on all plots. No chemicals are used. With the aim of producing high-quality wines, all wines are made from different terroirs. Most of the estate's terroirs are on sandy loam soils on degraded clay. Only the "Les Sablons" cuvée is grown on sandy soil. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Some cuvées are also vinified and aged in barrels. In a constant quest for improvement, Domaine Mosny has embarked on organic farming. This involves adapting working methods to offer ever better wines.
