Located in Saint-Antoine, Ghisonaccia, Domaine Mondange stretches across a sunny plateau between the sea and the mountains. Its soils of clay and rounded pebbles reveal the full richness of Corsican grape varieties: Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, Vermentinu, Grenache , Syrah and many others. Founded in 2017 by Laura and Andria Mondange, the estate combines traditional expertise with modern techniques, featuring a semi-underground cellar and a variety of containers (stainless steel, concrete, wood, jars) to produce expressive and elegant red, white and rosé wines. Certified HVE and in the process of converting to organic farming, Domaine Mondange practises sustainable viticulture that respects the terroir.
