Winemakers from father to son, Nicolas is the third generation to cultivate the family lands of Domaine Millérioux. After training in Jurançon, the young winemaker joined the estate in 2008, where he initially cultivated 3 hectares. Today, the estate covers 17 hectares around the village of Amigny, 2 kilometres from the village of Sancerre . Here, the soils are mainly composed of clay and limestone, where 90% Sauvignon Blanc is grown, with the remainder being Pinot Noir . Nicolas brought a more modern vision to the region and converted the estate to organic farming, obtaining ECOCERT certification three years later.
