Domaine Milan is located in the heart of the Alpilles, in a protected wilderness park between the Alps and the sea, in Saint-Rémy-de- Provence . To put an end to the use of chemicals, the estate favours a respectful approach that promotes soil life. Techniques such as horse-drawn ploughing, agroforestry and other natural methods are employed. In the winery, too, no additives are used: no sulphur is added, and no fining or filtration is applied to the grapes, which are carefully selected and harvested by hand.
