Only by seeking harmony between nature and man can a wine reveal its potential and become great. Since the estate was founded in 1995, this quest for balance has guided our every action, in a process that, subject to the cycles of nature, reminds us of our fragility. Learning to communicate with our vines and wines is a long journey! The construction of a bioclimatic cellar in solid stone in 2001 marked a milestone in our quest for quality. Guaranteed free of all contaminants, it allows us, thanks to its purity of construction and thermal resilience, to accompany our wines as closely as possible during their long ageing process. The estate's vines benefit from a rare geology. Planted on slopes on very old Quaternary terraces covered with thick layers of rounded pebbles, they benefit from the presence of basaltic scree from volcanic flows. Rich in minerals, basalt shapes part of the personality of these wines!
