Since 2006, Nicolas and more recently his brother Thomas, both passionate and persevering, have taken over the operation under the protective eye of their father. Thanks to this family heritage and their solid skills in viticulture and oenology, the Olivier brothers achieve with great finesse their greatest ambition: to produce great Languedoc wines while respecting sustainable agriculture.
