Located in the heart of the La Livinière appellation, they now cultivate nearly 36 hectares, including 26 hectares of vines surrounded by scrubland and olive trees. On the Petit Causse, between Carcassonne and Narbonne, their estate benefits from a clay-limestone terroir where Mediterranean influences and the coolness of the Causse meet, giving their wines a unique identity. Since 2011, they have been working in organic farming and, since 2022, they have been continuing their conversion to biodynamics to fully reveal the potential of each plot. Facing south and bathed in more than 300 days of sunshine a year, their vines are imbued with the scents of the garrigue — thyme, lavender, rosemary, holm oaks and olive trees — which enrich the aromatic complexity of their vintages. Committed to excellence, they have opted for manual harvesting and ultra-precise reception equipment, complemented by temperature-controlled vinification allowing for longer fermentation periods.
